Otico Software was founded to address a clear market need for practical and user friendly time saving IT solutions. Our initial range of products focuses on "Time Saving Tax Solutions". We are also developing a range of Legal Solutions and Professional Practice Solutions.
Our first licensed solution, TP Controller, was developed by senior transfer pricing specialists and coded by experienced software developers in response to the OECD BEPS initiative. TP Controller enables corporates to automate and maximise efficiency in the storage, sharing, control & analysis of their global TP data and generate on a "one-click" basis their country-by-country report in the OECD approved format. Additional licensed solutions from Otico Software are currently in development.

Alan is the Australia & New Zealand Sales Manager for Otico Software, and brings with him more than 15 years of accounting and corporate software experience working with corporates on tax technology vendor selection and implementation projects. Alan is well known in the tax technology community in Australia, and publishes widely on the subject. Alan provides a range of direct consulting and vendor selection services covering the tax and financial software industry through his own company PracticeConnections. Alan is the local contact point for TP Controller including its CBCR reporting module.
Joris has been over 15 years in IT, as trainer, developer, and specialist in database applications such as FileMaker Pro, MS Access and MS SQL Server. In addition to his extensive IT experience, Joris brings acute and probing analytical skills to bear on each project he is involved with and understands the importance of the "human factor" to the success of an IT project". Joris is a FileMaker 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 certified and is also a founding partner at the firm Clickworks, one of the few Platinum Alliance Business Partners of Filemaker.
Jeroen has been an IT professional for more than 16 years. He started his career as an in-house developer but since April 2005 has worked as an external consultant for a number of corporate clients. Jeroen has a deep technical experience with FileMaker Pro and Microsoft SQL Server and also works with XML and XSLT, PHP and MySQL, Javascript and SOAP. Jeroen is a FileMaker 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 certified developer and is a founding partner at the firm Clickworks, one of the few Platinum Alliance Business Partners of Filemaker.
Peter has more than 20 years experience in the field of international tax and transfer pricing. Peter has gained significant experience in the design and implementation of tax systems and has held several senior positions within the consultancy industry, including as COO of a large well know firm of tax advisors. Peter is currently a Partner at Questro International. Peter holds an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Exeter and an LLM in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
Stephen has been working in the field of international tax for the past 16 years, with a specialisation in transfer pricing. Stephen has held a number of senior transfer pricing positions within the consultancy profession including national and regional leadership roles within Big 4 and boutique consultancy firms. Stephen is currently a Partner at Questro international. Stephen holds a B.Soc.Sc. Hons degree in Economics (1st Class) from the University of Birmingham.

Your initial focus will be the on-going development of our transfer pricing solution, TP Controller, with responsibility for monitoring worldwide regulatory developments in the area of transfer pricing, to establish new product specifications for our software development team. You will also be involved in beta product testing. You are attentive to detail, have an ambition for product development excellence, and understand the importance of "user-friendly" applications.
