All our tax & legal licensed solutions are sold on an advisor neutral basis. Whilst we work with 3rd party tax & legal specialists from a sales and product support perspective, Otico Software does not itself provide any consulting services. Our software products are sold without any obligation or requirement for additional services.
If you are not entirely happy with any of our products you can get a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to stop using the product at any time after this period you may cancel at each anniversary of the license renewal. You can then export all documents to your own server with a click of a button. In other words you are not locked in to using TP Controller or any other Otico product or confronted with high conversion cost if you wish to use another system one day.
TPC Custom License agreements are for those companies with 10+ active users, more than 50 legal entities, or those who want to host their own data, or purchase additional user support.
TP Controller can be deployed as a Local Hosted Solution, where a FileMaker Server is configured in a local network (LAN) with access by users from computers in the same network or remotely through VPN.
TP Controller is also available as a remotely hosted solution where TP Controller is hosted by Otico Software on a secure database server located in Belgium. Dedicated hosting options are available.
Technical support is available from the team that developed TP Controller. Our technical support team is located in Antwerp in Belgium and our customers are provided with contact details as part of their subscription.
Our user support team is based in Amsterdam. Support services include assistance with uploading documents when using TP Controller for the first time and/or at regular intervals, e.g. every quarter. For hosted solutions, support can take place remotely. User support is an additional service charged on an agreed fee basis.
